OTC Lunch and Laugh Series
Studies have shown that laughing at least 30 minutes per day increases the blood flow to your heart and your brain, relieves stress and should be part of your overall health plan. The OTC can do an 30 minute to hour performance incorporating great ways to relieve stress in the workplace. Our fast-paced shows use audience suggestions to create scenes on the spot. These performances can take place in a classroom or lecture hall. The OTC has done a two-part series on Stress Relief through Comedy for Gwinnett Medical Center. Learning to think on your feet and present yourself with confidence is an invaluable business skill. Our fast paced one-day business workshops include one-on-one coaching that will cover a variety of topics including:
• Team Building with theater games
• Presentation skills using theatrical techniques
• Improvisation for business

The OTC Saturday Improv Workshops
Always wanted to learn the art if improv but didn't want to have to sign up for 10 weeks of classes in downtown Atlanta? The OTC offers half day improv classes for teens and adults who want to learn the basics of improv. Our workshops are fast paced and will teach you the basics of improvisational theory in a relaxed atmosphere that is supportive and fun using theater games and performance pieces we use in our own shows. These are hands on interactive workshops so dress comfortably and get ready to learn how to think on your feet.
Teen workshops are for teens 12 years to 17 years old.
Adult workshops are for individuals ages 18 years and older.
